Network/Routing Issue at Atlanta Data Center

January 9th, 2008

We are facing some network/routing issue at our Atlanta data center which is affecting all the server in the data center.
The network technicians at the data center are looking into it. We will update on this as soon as we have more information from them.

Edit & Update:

What we now know to have happened is a major power snaffu by our datacenter provider, AtlantaNAP. To put it bluntly and short their systems failed, and thereby they have failed. We don’t  yet know the full extent and explanation of the problem since we are still trying to get our own main cluster of servers and other dedicated and colo clients of ours up and running.

Update:
Many of our servers at Gnax Atlanta datacentre are already back up. Network engineers at the DC are still working to get the rest of them up including our website/forums.

Update:
All Shared/SDX/Bulk Reseller servers are up except shared server positron.nocdirect.com. We are checking VPS nodes now.

Welcome to the backup site for JaguarPC!

July 4th, 2007

Welcome travelers! We’ve created this site on a separate network from our Atlanta Datacenter to provide us a way to communicate to our clients in the event of a problem on our main network. Check back here if you have a problem with our network for information regarding any network outages.

If you are unable to reach http://jaguarpc.com you can still contact our  staff using emergency AT backup DOT jaguarpc DOT com.   Our techs will be monitoring this address for notices from clients unable to reach our primary network.  Please do not use this address for normal support if you are able to access our site.  We want to use this only as a conduit for communication in the event our primary network is down.
