Some customers may see service interruption for a short while today while Maintenance is conducted on the Atlanta cloud. During this time you may not be able to reach our website nor the the client area. Thanks for your patience as we complete upgrades to our infrastructure.
There is maintenance being performed in our DC starting from 03/01/2016 12:01 AM EST and ending on 03/01/2016 04:00 AM EST. This should only cause small packet loss and latency jitter as the BGP routing re-converges but because the sessions will be shutting down longer periods of loss are possible. We will be monitoring the network performance and please contact our support if you observe any impact.
We're currently having reports of issues from some areas accessing our network. Engineers are investigating and will have it resolved shortly.
