Atlanta Network Maintenance – 3/1/2016

By admin Mar 01, 2016 9:19 am

There is maintenance being performed in our DC starting from 03/01/2016 12:01 AM EST and ending on 03/01/2016 04:00 AM EST. This should only cause small packet loss and latency jitter as the BGP routing re-converges but because the sessions will be shutting down longer periods of loss are possible. We will be monitoring the network performance and please contact our support if you observe any impact.

We are having issue with the IP range 209.140.30.28/22 and you may experience issues while accessing your sites or accounts if they are hosted on this IP range. We are working with our Network administrators to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Your patience is highly appreciated.

      Hi naveen,
We understand your concern and our network admins are working on the issue already and it will be resolved soon.

    Thanks for your reply.
It will be great if you can provide timeline so that we can update to clients.

Services on those IPs must be back on-line. They were not available earlier after our upstream provider’s maintenance which affected this particular range. It has been sorted and everything is back to normal now.

We are terribly sorry for any inconveniences this issue might have caused you.

If you have any questions related to this issue, please contact our technical support.

  6. Fellows, our servers server8.1ahost.com and server9.1ahost.com are still disconnected. Please take a look since we have too many customers down. We now see partially your website but can’t reach these 2 dedicated servers.

    Hello:

this was resolved ? because ips 209.140.25.x in this range in not working.

  8. admin says:

The range 209.140.24.0/22 is not available through some providers at this time. So some clients might experience issues connecting their sites on those IPs. Our upstream provider is aware about it and is taking the appropriate measures to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in regards to this issue.

  9. admin says:

That range is now available from all providers across the world. There should not be any other routing anomalies.

Please accept our apologize for any inconvenience this issue might have caused you.
